We're a husband and wife team who has spent years building businesses together. But our story didn't begin in perfect alignment.

One of us, educated and experienced in business and management, was born into the life of entrepreneurship, raised to be curious, ask questions, apply critical thinking, take charge, and act independently.

The other, having spent several years honing valuable skills in the corporate world, was the byproduct of an upbringing that drilled in the strongly-held belief that security and success meant holding a steady job and earning a predictable paycheck, a.k.a. "the backup plan".

Those differences shaped the many challenges of running businesses together. But those struggles taught us valuable lessons.

We learned to be resilient, persistent, and decisive in the daily process of operations and management.

We got comfortable with the uncomfortable - thinking strategically, innovating and adapting to ever-changing technologies.

We continued learning significant, effective skills, taking calculated risks, and constantly thinking outside the box for solutions to the obstacles that would invariably show up.

We created exceptional teams as we transitioned from operators to leaders. We crafted a clear vision, passionate for our work, challenges included.

We became the unified team that developed the organized systems that built numerous successful businesses over those formative years.

Then the pandemic shut down the world. The impact this had on many small businesses shook us awake.

We realized thousands of founders were struggling in exactly the same way we had in our early years.

We believed that if we could share what we knew, offer what we learned, and create a support system that we wished we had during those difficult times, we could really have a positive impact.

That was the birth of RPC Startup Solutions.

Our mission: Supporting entrepreneurs and startup businesses on their journey.

And so we created a village, a community where founders don't have to navigate their journey alone.

Today, our clients aren't just growing; they're thriving. With our team by their side, they're gaining confidence, clarity, and control over their businesses and improving the quality of their lives.
